Tara Sanchez, Clerk of the Board, presented a request from the Public Facilities District to appoint Dennis Janikowski to fill vacant Board Position No. 5. Commissioners approved the appointment on Aug. 3 after a motion by Commissioner Shinn and a second from Commissioner Whitman.
