Committee directs corporation counsel after closed-session litigation discussion
Under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(g) the committee met in closed session to discuss litigation strategy and, upon return to open session, directed Corporation Counsel to proceed as discussed.

The Land & Water Resources Committee of Oconto County convened in closed session at 8:04 AM on July 7 under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel on litigation strategy. The motion to enter closed session (moved by Tim Cole and seconded by Dale Mohr) passed on a roll-call vote with all present voting aye.
