The Land & Development Committee established minimum bid amounts for a number of appraisal requests during its July 28 meeting. The list approved by motion included two requests from Tyler Kauther with minimums of $2,500 and $1,000; two requests from Brent Leehe with a $1,500 minimum; three requests from Robert Kazmarek with minimums of $1,000, $1,500 and $500; and one request from Chris Crawford with a $6,500 minimum.
Minutes indicate Alan Jaques moved to set the minimum bids as listed and Wendy Bong seconded; the motion carried. The minutes do not record any amendments to the amounts listed and do not record individual vote tallies beyond the motion carrying.
