Planning and Development Director Dustin Meyer updated the commission on the Canyon Housing Program, describing three projects completed in 2025: Project A (exterior siding replacement, storm-window replacement, trim painting, tree removal affecting foundations, added insulation), Project B (installation of mini-split HVAC systems and electrical upgrades), and Project C (replacement of a central A/C condensing unit and coil).
