The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously April 16 to enter a closed session at 1:21 p.m. to interview a candidate for the County Engineer position under Iowa Code §21.5(i). The motion to invoke the statutory personnel interview exception was moved by Supervisor Thomas and seconded by Supervisor Friedrichsen; the minutes record the ayes as Rohwer, Thomas, Vanden Hull, McDowell and Friedrichsen and nays as none.
