Board issues multiple variances for shoreland, centerline and side-yard setbacks
Across June 23–24 hearings the board granted several variances including Kathe Rich, Warren Prochnow, Bill LaLuzerne (shoreland and centerline variances), H & S Waubee North Partners (centerline), Chad & Julie McDermid (centerline and OHWM) and James & Christine Hendrickson (side yard and centerline), while denying one requested 1-foot side-yard variance for LaLuzerne.
