Jeff Beyer told the board on June 23 that the Sprague Family Irrevocable Trust seeks a conditional-use permit to expand an existing quarry to the west. He said the pit had expanded incrementally over the past decade, provided a new reclamation plan, and obtained approval from the power company to leave material under transmission lines.
