Chad Reiser sought a conditional-use permit June 23 for a ground-mounted solar array on an agriculturally zoned parcel in the Town of Little Suamico. Reiser told the board he may sell electricity back to the grid and had engaged Wisconsin Public Service regarding capacity and interconnection.
After staff presented the report and the town recommended approval, the board approved the conditional use with no additional county conditions. The order notes the applicant must still obtain sanitary and zoning permits and retains standard appeal language.
