The City Council voted unanimously on June 4 to approve a revised future-state City Secretary position structure, a compensation framework, and operational direction as part of its Operational Continuity & Modernization Initiative (OCMI). The motion was made by Fred Bean and seconded by Reynaldo Benitez; the council vote was 3–0 in favor.
