Oneida County planning staff presented Ordinance Amendment #02-2026 on July 22, 2026, proposing to amend Chapter 9, Article 5, Section 9.57 of the Oneida County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance to create an interim moratorium on data centers. After discussion, the committee voted to forward a resolution supporting OA #02-2026 to the full County Board (motion by Bob Almekinder, second by Michael Tautges), with all members voting "Aye."
