Oneida County staff presented the revised preliminary county plat for Holy Moly (13 lots) in the Town of Minocqua, submitted by Wilderness Surveying Inc. on behalf of Robert Rynders Revocable Trust. The committee approved the plat to proceed with conditions intended to address addressing/911 confirmation, recorded road maintenance agreements for shared access/private roads, and standard signature/certificate requirements prior to final recordation.
