Library trustees to press Friends and Foundation for 501(c)(3) support at April meeting

Alma Marquardt and other trustees agreed to send formal letters requesting that the Friends of the Library and the Library Foundation attend the April 8, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting to discuss their capacity and willingness to continue supporting the Audrey Pack Memorial Library as 501(c)(3) partners. The minutes note that without active support from these 501(c)(3) organizations the library cannot secure donations or grants from some donors and vendors, naming ACE Hardware and Lowe's as examples.
