The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a construction plat for South Fork Estates, a 9.078-acre tract at the northwest intersection of North Murphy Road and Betsy Lane. Staff told the commission the construction plan "meets all of our actual standards of our ordinances," and recommended approval as submitted.
