Following the TAPR presentation, Board member Heather Willmann moved to adjourn the TAPR Hearing at 6:03 p.m.; Board member Josh Ritzmann seconded the motion. The board recorded votes of Yea from Nick Brown, Steve Conrad, Matthew Domel, Julie New, Josh Ritzmann and Heather Willmann. Alex Montes was absent. The motion passed 6–0 with one absence and the meeting was adjourned.
