Comfort Independent School District trustees approved a purchase of a new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system for the middle school gym during a special meeting Sept. 20, 2024. Trustee Charlotte Kneupper moved to approve the purchase, and Trustee Larry Thayn seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
