The Montecito Sanitary District Board approved its consent calendar on March 2, 2026, adopting minutes from Feb. 11 and ratifying project actions for sewer infrastructure work. On motion by Director Newquist, seconded by Director Barrett, the Board approved three consent items: (A) the Feb. 11, 2026 regular meeting minutes; (B) UPRR Engineering Observer and Flagging Services for the 2025 Sewer Main CIPP Lining Project; and (C) the 2024 Manhole Rehabilitation Project Notice of Completion. The vote was recorded as AYES: Directors Barrett, Johnson, Newquist, Ohlmann and Rockenbach; NAYES: none; ABSTAIN: none.
