River Ridge Board adopts special assessments roll for FY2024–25

At its Aug. 27 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District opened a public hearing on Resolution 2024-08, which makes a determination of benefit and imposes special assessments for Fiscal Year 2024–25. District counsel Mr. Pires recommended opening the hearing; Mrs. Adams opened and closed it with no members of the public speaking.
The Board approved an amendment deleting references to "Exhibit B" (page 2 and throughout) and, on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal seconded by Mr. Twombly, adopted Resolution 2024-08. The resolution certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of the assessments for the coming fiscal year.
