The articles were revised to (1) use the known proper name "West Chester" consistently, (2) avoid inventing precise vote tallies where the transcript records only a voice vote, and (3) call out where consultant names/citation lines should be verified against meeting records. No substantive claims were added beyond the transcript; ambiguous items were stated as "not specified" or as conditions requiring follow‑up.
