The Lynden City Council authorized a contract supplement with Pacific Surveying & Engineering to prepare final construction contract documents and provide construction management assistance for the Guide Meridian Water Main Extension project, slated for construction in 2025. The Public Works Committee reviewed the supplement on Feb. 5 and recommended council authorization.
