At the meeting the council adopted a set of routine administrative and capital items: change order #3 for trunk-line manhole rehabilitation ($11,500); payout #2 to Orchard Inc. ($81,877.70); change order #1 for 26–27th Street reconstruction ($28,418.80); change order #4 (Indian Creek project B reduction $10,800); Resolution 24 accepting project completion; Resolution 25 approving the retracement plat for Kayelements LLC; Resolution 26 authorizing new street lights in Sierra Heights; a neighborhood improvement incentive for Steve Sampson ($6,412.50); and approval to select Electric Pump for WILO mixer maintenance (Option 1, $6,750).
