Residents raise drainage and road maintenance issues during public comment
Public commenters asked the board to address standing water at 2717 Woodlawn Ave and sand on Dave Hogan Road; a local engineering firm offered services. Commissioner Paul Webb later raised a separate trash complaint on Mitchell Store Road.

During public comment at the July 13 meeting, Dr. Joseph Threadcraft introduced himself and his business, Threadcraft Engineering Inc., and offered his services to the county. Dr. B. Baker, of 2717 Woodlawn Ave, asked the commission to address standing water in the roadside ditch near her residence. Danny Hill, of Dave Hogan Road, asked the commission to address sand on Dave Hogan Road.
