Phil Johnson presented Resolution #203-26 authorizing the Hancock County Commissioners to enter into a modified program-year 2026–2027 subgrant agreement with the Greater Ohio Workforce Board Inc. to receive Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The minutes record that minor changes were made by the company and the modification was needed; the board approved the amendment 2-0.
