At a meeting of a local preservation committee in New Castle, members reviewed and approved the treasurer's report. The chair presented the item as unchanged from the previous meeting; the committee member speaking as treasurer said, "So we have $425." A motion to approve the treasurer's report was made and approved by voice vote.
