The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 6, 2026 adopted Resolution 2026-500 to accept the Senior Center Director's recommendation to appoint Jerry Gilbert as a Senior Center substitute. The appointment was made "pending successful passage of all required employment screenings," according to the resolution. Commissioner Lumbrezer moved the resolution and Commissioner Rupp seconded; the motion passed 2-0.
