Pierce board moves code enforcement back under town clerk’s supervision
Trustees voted to return Code Enforcement supervision to the Town Clerk after previous reassignment by an earlier board. The motion passed unanimously and will change reporting lines for the code officer.

The Board of Trustees approved a motion July 13 to have Code Enforcement report to the Town Clerk. Trustee Richard Wuehler moved to return supervision to the clerk; Trustee Geoffrey Broughton seconded and the motion passed with all AYES.
