Pierce board moves code enforcement back under town clerk’s supervision

The change directs the clerk — currently Kristina Duran — to supervise the code officer going forward. The Board also discussed, during public comment, resident concerns alleging inconsistent enforcement of the tree clearance code and requested follow-up information to clarify past actions by the code officer.
