Multiple amendments previewed: increases to ticket fee, revenue requirements and oversight proposed
Councilors Novick, Green and Maria (and others) announced separate amendments to the term sheet: some would raise the ticket user fee, require the city to receive parking revenues for non‑Blazer events, specify community and financial reporting and require analyses before bonding.
