The Town of Sullivan Sanitary District No. 1 adopted a Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM/CMAR) resolution for the Department of Natural Resources at its July 13 meeting. Chairman Paul Goeglein moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Ron Auerbach seconded and the motion carried, 3-0.
