The Red Willow County Board of Equalization approved Assessor Lori Stevens' "Overvalued, Undervalued and Omitted Properties" report at its July 14, 2026 meeting. Commissioner Ted Gans moved to approve the report, Commissioner Charles Fritsche seconded, and the motion passed on a roll call vote with Commissioners Gans, Randy Dean and Fritsche voting aye.
