The Spring Grove Area School District board voted to approve an agreement with SiteLogic for a comprehensive facility condition assessment and one year of access to the MySiteIQ platform, staff said. Jess (speaker 11) moved the motion and Mark Zapp (speaker 13) described the planned scope and grant funding that covers the district's portion.
Zapp explained the assessment will produce complete building layouts, 360-degree photos and equipment life-expectancy estimates to help prioritize capital investments. "They would do a complete layout, 360 degree pictures... and then maybe take a look at, like, the projector and say, okay. This is the model projector. It has a 15 year life expectancy," he said, adding the assessment is intended to inform the capital reserve list rather than create binding obligations. The board approved the agreement by roll-call vote.
