The Red Willow County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 1598 on July 13, 2026, approving the Preliminary Plat submitted by Kim R. Miller for a subdivision described as part of the southwest quarter and part of the northwest quarter of Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 26 West of the 6th P.M. Scott Clifford provided an explanation of how the subdivision came about during the public hearing.
