The public hearing opened at 9:30 a.m.; Mike Huizenga of Great Plains Towers was present to answer questions about the proposal, and the hearing was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
The resolution passed by unanimous roll call (Ayes: Gans, Dean, Fritsche). County minutes note that Bill and Julie Ellis own the land where the tower will be built and that construction could occur possibly in late 2026. No conditions or appeals were recorded in the minutes.
