Commissioners approve several replats and accept roads for Rafter T Ranch and Pinnacle Estates
The court approved two replat applications in Mountain Lakes, accepted a warranty bond and final plat for Rafter T Ranch (Precinct 3) and conditionally accepted Pinnacle Estates' warranty bond and final plat in Precinct 4 (conditional on physical receipt of the bond); roads for both subdivisions were accepted for county maintenance.
