Supervisors and staff discussed confusion among drivers over jurisdiction (city, county, state) for posted speeds on Highway 52 and other roads; the engineer noted state statute governs hard‑surface roads and that the study will identify where signage clarity is needed. Board members also discussed using prefabricated bridge components as a potential cost and time savings option.
