Commission adopts parking-standards text amendment on final reading
The commission adopted ordinance 49-47-26 amending parking standards for specified districts after planning staff reported additional information requested at the public hearing; staff recommended approval and the measure passed unanimously.

Planning Manager Wendy Hodges presented the third and final reading of a text amendment to Articles 6 and 11 to revise parking standards for B3 and related districts. Hodges said no substantive changes had been made since the public hearing but staff added information the mayor had requested regarding special exceptions for parking.
