"The draft plan is anticipated to be ready for review by this fall," a staff presenter said, and the commission was told the associated impact-fee nexus study will inform the Board of Trustees' October budget process. Staff said recommendations tied to the transportation plan and nexus study are likely to be ready by late year and will be shared with the commission for deliberation.
