The Metropolitan School District of Mt. Vernon Board of School Trustees accepted the resignations of three employees at its June 1 meeting. The record lists Fletcher Cook (English teacher and Yearbook Sponsor, High School), Bret Gale (custodian, WE) and Kynda Hensley (elementary teacher, MA). "accepted the resignation, from: Fletcher Cook- English teacher - - HS and Yearbook Sponsor - HS Bret Gale- - custodian - WE Kynda Hensley - - elementary teacher - MA," the minutes state.
