Planner commentary emphasized tracking the remaining taps during future preliminary- and final-plat approvals. "It reaffirms that we cannot have any more than the 200 water taps, which 13 are dedicated to the clubhouse right now," a planning representative said, noting the county will monitor preliminary plats as final-plats are filed. The commission authorized the chairman to sign the agreement and approved the master plan and associated motions on the record.
