Commissioners approved a rezoning that adds 61 acres into the Deer Mountain Ranch planned unit development and cleared the updated master plan and development agreement. Planning staff and the applicant said the amendment does not increase overall density beyond existing limits and restated the water‑tap restrictions: the PUD remains limited to 200 taps, 13 reserved for a clubhouse and the balance available for future lots.
