The City of Alto convened as its Planning and Zoning Commission on April 27, 2026, to consider a citywide ordinance establishing minimum standards for residential dwellings, including minimum square footage requirements, setback rules and foundation requirements. The public hearing opened at 6:04 p.m. and was held in Alto City Hall, 404 San Antonio Rd.
