Council authorizes Chub Run Rt 20 sewer project actions with Resolution 2026-02
The Council unanimously approved Resolution 2026-02 authorizing the Mayor or Recorder to act on behalf of the Town for the Chub Run Rt 20 Sewer System Project; Public Works reported interstate boring for the lift station is complete as part of the $5 million project.

Councilor Charlene Louk moved (with a minor wording revision) and Councilor Sam Maxson seconded acceptance of Resolution 2026-02, authorizing the Mayor and, in his absence, the Recorder, to act on the Town's behalf for the Chub Run Rt 20 Sewer System Project. The motion passed unanimously.
