Chairperson Tracey Rider moved, seconded by Commissioner Lacey Dawson, to approve the temporary installation permit from Coterra Energy Operating Co. to cross a location located in District #3. The board approved the permit (Permit #067-026W) on a 3-0 roll-call vote.
