The Cayuga County Civil Service Commission on June 9 certified permanent appointments across multiple departments, recording effective dates and directing staff to notify appointing authorities. Chairman Bruce D. Sherman moved to certify the appointments; Commissioner Ryan M. Foley seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
