The Hurston County Board of Commissioners moved to certify the record of proceedings for Aug. 6 and to approve requisitions as part of routine business. "Can I have a motion to certify the record of proceedings for August 6?" Commissioner Cliff Meaders asked; the certification motion was moved and seconded and recorded with an abstention by one member.
