Ada County authorizes online auction for tax-deeded parcels, sets minimum bids
The treasurer presented minimum bids for tax-deeded parcels acquired in tax year 2022 and the board authorized an online public auction slated to start Aug. 31 and run through Sept. 3; excess proceeds will first satisfy delinquent taxes, costs and fees.

Ada County's treasurer asked the board to authorize minimum bids for parcels the county acquired by tax deed for tax year 2022 and to direct the treasurer to list those parcels at a public auction. The treasurer said the county waits three years of delinquency before commencing tax-due procedures and that the proposed online auction will start Aug. 31 and continue through Sept. 3.
