The committee, chaired by Tosca Smith, recorded a motion by Nicole Woodworth to "approve the draft and send it to the Selectboard for their approval/disapproval/edits," seconded by Tara Lumbra; the minutes record the motion passed with "all in favor." The draft Fee Schedule was attached to the meeting minutes and will be refined before formal consideration by the Selectboard.
Members said they had received useful input from Joanne Dennis, a guest who uses the hall for yoga classes, during earlier discussions. The committee also noted that a prior meeting lacked a quorum and that final adoption was tabled until the Oct. 10 meeting, with Tosca Smith assigned to prepare the revised schedule.
