Commissioners approve first reading to align county code with Title 17 rewrite

Steve Collier, representing county planning/surveyor staff, presented a first reading of an ordinance to update county-code references after the Title 17 rewrite took effect in November, to clarify that final local entity plat reviews and fees should be handled per page similarly to filed surveys, and to correct a mismatched signature-block language used on subdivision plats.
