Advisory committee hears wide revenue range for Eagle conservation education program
City staff told the Conservation Advisory Committee that the program currently carries roughly $20,000 and projected revenue tied to certificates of occupancy ranges from about $43,620 (if no further development) to roughly $153,960 (based on entitlements) and a theoretical ceiling of $265,860 if every entitlement reaches occupancy.
