The council approved a special-event permit listed on the agenda for Powell Liquor Company for a Main Street Revival Market on July 18, 2025 at the Rainsley Automotive Museum. An event representative (speaker S9) described the plan as the same as the prior event and said certified‑server training (TIPS) would be used: “Same plan as last time… My wife did a training online… It’s called TIPS.”
