Shelby County approved a Private Water Well Permitting Policy and Procedures document presented by Environmental Health Director Luke Wolken. The board voted unanimously to adopt the new county policy.

Shelby County’s Board of Supervisors on Aug. 4 adopted a formal Private Water Well Permitting Policy and Procedures document presented by Environmental Health Director Luke Wolken. The motion to approve was made by Supervisor Mike Kolbe, seconded by Supervisor Bryce Schaben, and carried unanimously.
