Plain City Council approved Resolution 24-2026 authorizing the Village Administrator to apply for Ohio Department of Natural Resources NatureWorks grant funding for a project in Union County. Council Member Toni Arnold moved the resolution and Council Member Jim Eudaily provided the second; the motion carried by unanimous vote.
