The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission voted to approve a package of final approvals for the Willow Grove condominium development, including the final condominium plat and certified survey map, the residential development and public-improvement plans, zoning-map and text amendments to create a planned unit development (PUD), and Plan Commission resolution 26-12 recommending comprehensive-plan amendments.
